rosencrantz and guildenstern are dead

to date, rosencrantz has been my favorite role on stage. truth is, playing rosencrantz didn't require much "acting" on my part. (if you are familiar with this play, you'll know why). set in the black box at utah state university, there was something absolutely magical about this show. maybe it was the fact that we had a hot black guy playing hamlet.

i found these at king sooper's (the smith's of colorado) last week. like little eggs from heaven, these wee candies have captured my heart and soul. last year i bought three huge bags to last the year. they lasted and week and a half.

my new machine of love

for the girl who once safety pinned a bridesmaid dress to her body, i have outdone myself by purchasing a sewing machine that will open a whole new world of creation and design! this special edition project runway computerized sewing machine is RADICAL!!!! my first project: curtains for my mum's flat. second: an elvis costume for my pop. the possibilties are endless!!! although i have a few sewing machines at work, it is so lovely to finally have my own! thanks dad!
